The Inspire M4 Home Gym is completely iso-lateral giving the user greater freedom of movement. Each side of one's body is responsible for exactly 50% of the load, which in turn improves muscle balance and coordination as well as developing the user's core stabilizer muscles in the mid section. The M4 gym is loaded with special features such as a lat tower that splits for a cable crossover exercise as well as a bench that rolls to the side to make the high pulley more accessible
