The Sole E55 cross trainer has a similar design to the E35 cross trainer, but with a larger LCD display screen and a heavier flywheel it has more features that you would find on a heath club model, rather than on a piece of home equipment.
With ten foot pedal adjustments, users can be sure to get the pedals to match how they walk, causing minimal discomfort. With 16 resistance levels, 10 different programmes and a 20" inch stride length, users can choose the intensity of their workout, depending on their mood or goals.
The handiest feature is the electronic user console, with a large backlit LCD screen, a cooling fan, water bottle holder and an integrated ipod/mp3 dock and speakers.
