The Technogym Crossover 700 Visio elliptical trainer is the next generation of 'Lateral Total Body' training that simultaneously works every part of your upper and lower body. It provides fixed-stride cyclical exercise that tones and stimulates muscle groups that are difficult to hit with traditional elliptical trainers.
