WaterRower A1 Rowing Machine

Made from solid Ash and stained Honey Oak, the WaterRower A1 is the perfect machine for use at home. Finished with Danish Oil, the track runs on a black aluminium mono-rail and the five button quick-start monitor means you can keep track of your workout.

Using the patented WaterFlywheel system, it recreates the feeling of rowing through water and provides a naturally smooth-running motion than other more mechanised rowing machines. On top of this, wood helps absorb vibrations and noise more than other materials, reducing other strains.

With a smoother motion, the WaterRower helps to work more of the body (up to 84% of your muscle mass) and by offering less unwanted resistance you will gain more in a shorter period of time. By helping to promote a smoother technique, the WaterRower A1 machine is good for beginners too.
