Keiser’s award-winning, third generation indoor cycle; the M3i Lite is the product of more than a decade of research and the refining of a huge amount of manufacturing experience – and it shows. This superbly compact and attractive indoor exercise bike is perfect for both domestic and commercial environments, combining innovative design with a number of high performance features.

Included in the compact yet sturdy frame are adjustable Simano™pedals, dual placement handles and a four-way adjustable seat to guarantee user comfort even with extended periods of use. The resistance mechanism is magnetic, ensuring a minimal amount of impact and no jarring movements which may cause strain or injury to the ankles or knees, and the amount of resistance is controlled by one of twenty-four gears. Especially appropriate for those who wish to continue their workout in the home, this bike is designed to be whisper quiet.

An optional computer system offers feedback on RPM, power output, heart rate, pedalling time, gear resistance and distance for those who wish to monitor their exercise programme and develop their fitness effectively. Also has bluetooth connectivity.
