The Dumbbell Biceps Curl
Hold a pair of dumbbells, keeping your arms at your sides, palms facing forward. Curl up towards your shoulder, and then up overhead so that your arms are straight. Return and repeat. Do as many reps as you can in one minute.

• The Dumbbell Triceps Extension
Standing tall with feet shoulder-width apart, hold a dumbbell in both hands above your head. Lower the dumbbell behind your head, without moving upper arms. Your elbows should be at 90 degrees. Straighten, return and repeat for one minute.

• The Single-Arm Dumbbell Rotation
With a dumbbell in your right hand, hinge forward at the hips whilst bending your knees. Your torso should be forward and parallel to the floor. Bend your elbow to bring the dumbbell towards you. In one motion rotate your torso to the right. Repeat for one minute then change sides and repeat again.

• The Turbo Burpee
With feet shoulder-width apart push your hips back, bend your knees and lower your body into a squat. Place your hands on the floor in front of you and support your weight. Jump your legs back so that you are in a push-up position. To complete one rep reverse the movement so that you return to start position. Do as many reps as you can in one minute.

• The Push-Up
From a plank position place your hands on the floor a little wider than shoulder-width. Lower your body as close to the floor as possible. Pause and push yourself back up to starting position. Repeat reps for one minute.

For maximum results allow 15 seconds between each exercise. You can take all the rest you need after the complete circuit is done!
